Art Gallery Palm Beach Gardens

The Art Gallery at Palm Beach State College/ Edward M. Eissey Campus opened its doors to students and the community in 1995.  It is located on the ground level of the beautiful and spacious arts and humanities building, BB 113.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Art Gallery at the Palm Beach State College / Edward M. Eissey campus is to:

  • Develop in students and families a lifetime appreciation for, and understanding of, the visual arts
  • Serve as a visual arts center and resource for both the campus and the surrounding community
  • Prepare students for productive careers in the visual arts through a wide and varied program of exhibits, lectures, special events, tours and competitions

Physically Disadvantaged: The Art Gallery is accessible to wheelchair visitors.

Exhibitions are free and open to the public.

Current Exhibition: Extinction, Survival and What Lies Between

Life on Earth has undergone a series of mass extinctions due to geological changes, climate change, or catastrophes. We are currently ungoing a sixth mass extinction. What will exist after this Anthropocene*? How will life evolve? Judith Berk King and Mark Walnock focus on the tenacity of the life and the resulting creatures that are , or may be the surviviors.
