Request an Official High School or College Transcript

• High School and/or College - download and print the Transcript to Palm Beach State Request form (PDF). Students who attended postsecondary institutions outside the United States will also need to submit to Palm Beach State College a course-by-course commercial evaluation. Click here for a list of approved agencies identified by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) http://www.naces.org/members.htm.

• Florida GED - download and print the Request for Florida GED Transcript form (PDF).

• Out-of-State GED - download and print the Transcript to Palm Beach State Request form (PDF).

• Home Education Graduates - download and print the Home Education Graduation Affidavit form (PDF).

Note: Students may view the status (received/evaluated) of their transcripts by logging on to PantherWeb.

Request an Official Palm Beach State Transcript ($5.00 for each copy of transcript)
Palm Beach State transcript requests must be made either through PantherWeb or in writing. Telephone or Fax requests will not be honored.

• To send a transcript to a college or university, an outside agency, or yourself - use your student ID and Password to sign on to PantherWeb and request your Palm Beach State transcript online. You may also view the status of your online transcript requests through PantherWeb.

• If you cannot access PantherWeb - download and print the Palm Beach State Transcript Request Form (PDF). Submit the request to your home campus address listed on the form.

• To view or print an unofficial copy of your Palm Beach State academic record, use your Student ID and Password to sign on to PantherWeb.
