These Online Tutorials are for our current Bb version Learn 9.1. Before you attend the workshops, learn the features of Blackboard at your own pace! View the tutorials in sequential order, or jump to a particular topic using the clickable menu. Whether you are just getting started with Blackboard or a veteran at online teaching in need of a review, these tutorials are here for you. |
Instructions for Registering for a workshop:
It is critical that you register for any Workshop at least one day in advance
(not the day-of) to provide enough time for a workshop site be created for you.
Without this 24 hour lead time, you will be unable to participate in the activities.

How to build and publish interactive activities directly into Blackboard.

An overview of adding, editing and copying forums. Also, filtering posts and thread tagging will be covered.
Managing Mash-Ups
An overview of the Mashup tools - how to add, preview, change and edit the tools. Best Practices will also be covered.
Using Additional Plug-ins
This workshop will provide information on additional tools within Blackboard to include: Starfish, Direct Submit Turnitin and others.
