Confirmation of registration for School-Age Professional Certificate(SAPC) Information Session will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
You will receive an email as confirmation of this registration indicating the room location. The email will serve as your entrance to the information session.

Please be sure you have changed your Program Objective Code for fall 2013 to 5373 prior to attending the Information Session. Also, bring a pen, your college Student ID number, DCF Training Transcript showing completion of the 40 Hour School-Age Certification OR the 40 Hour Child Care Training (birth-5) and 10 Hour School-Age Appropriate Practices. NOTE: If you completed the 40 Hour School-Age you will need to bring a copy of your Part II: AYD certificate to the Information Session.
