Information Technology Assistance Center Vision
We are the Palm Beach State College Information Technology Assistance Center, a one-stop, full service support desk for both employees and students of the college striving to achieve our main goal of 100% customer satisfaction. We consist of the Employee Help Desk, Student Help Desk and Quality Assurance Group. We add value to our customer's needs by extending our support and becoming more accessible. Employee Help Desk Mission
To provide computer and phone support to all Palm Beach State Faculty and Staff. We ensure that all possible measures are taken to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with the customer at that time. If necessary, we send a request for assistance to the most appropriate IT area. We follow up with the customer and provide online surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
Student Help Desk Mission
To provide support to all Palm Beach State Students actively enrolled in current, future, credit or PSAV courses. We are committed to the College's missions and strongly believe in contributing to the educational success of our customers. We provide exceptional IT Service and Support and ensure that we do whatever it takes to resolve our customer's issues in a timely manner in order to add value and enhance their college experience.
Quality Assurance Department Mission
The Quality Assurance Department supports the mission and vision of the College's Employee and Student Help Desks. We are committed to the highest standard of quality IT Service and Support. We establish, maintain and recommend improvements when necessary. We ensure that documentation and procedures are in place to provide positive results which assist in acquiring our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
