The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness is responsible for producing and updating Panorama.  Since 1992, Panorama  has served as the official student enrollment report of Palm Beach State College. This report serves to support the College's commitment to collect and provide useful data that is systematic, broad-based and interrelated for the purpose of educational decision making.

In Panorama, you will find information on such topics as:

  • Headcount Enrollment, including term headcount for all terms and annual unduplicated credit and non-credit headcount, collegewide and by campus.
  • Demographics and Characteristics, such as race and ethnicity, gender, full- vs. part-time status, student age, county of residence, high school of origin and financial aid.
  • Hours and Full-time Equivalency (FTE), which includes fundable and non-fundable student semester hours, credit hour equivalents and FTE for each of Palm Beach State College's funding categories.
  • Student Performance, detailing completions in associate in arts, associate in science, and vocational certificate programs; term and campus grade distributions and passing rates; and collegewide term-to-term retention rates.

Also included in Panorama are a brief history of Palm Beach State, demographic information on our service area and other topics of special interest.
