Hector Ray Hernandez – Associate Professor PBSC / Career & Life Changing Champion
Hector Hernandez is an Associate Professor in the Bachelor Program at Palm Beach State College. Prior to joining PBSC he was the North America Cloud Solutions Business Development Executive with IBM. He has traveled worldwide working with customers on their strategies for the implementation of Business Process Management, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud Computing. He has worked in multiple industry sectors i.e. industrial, distribution and retail.
He’s held numerous technical support responsibilities over his 38 years with IBM and has worked with the Fortune 1000 and midmarket companies relating to their business and IT strategies. He has been a frequent presenter at many customer conferences relating to business process management and technologies such as; SOA, Cloud Computing, Web 3.0, Analytics, Infrastructures, Mobility and Industry trends.
He was Information Systems Manager supporting Worldwide Manufacturing and Laboratories.
Early in his career he worked in Human Resources as a professional and college recruiter and then manager. He's been a guest instructor at Florida Atlantic University, Florida State University, and University of Nebraska.

Hector received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Barry University and Executive MBA in Patent Commercialization from Florida Atlantic University.
