Windows XP Users:
If you have issues with RDP V5.0, please download 6.0.

- If the Active X control pops up, click on the bar and "Install ActiveX Control"


If you receive an error on the page or the Active X
control constantly pops up even after install, please
try the following:  
- Add http://www.palmbeachstate.edu to the "safe site" list
-- Click Here for detailed instructions
- You may have to disable pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer
- Verify antivirus or firewall is not blocking the connection

Windows 98/ME/2000 Users:
If you are not running Windows XP, you can download the RDC Client from Microsoft.
- After install, input the server name as:
-- 216.114.80.188:9003

Apple Mac Users:
- Navigate to: Mactopia - Click Here
- Click "Download Remote Desktop Connection"
- After install, input the server name as:
-- 216.114.80.188:9003

Linux/Open Source OS Users:

- Navigate to: rDesktop - Click Here
- Download the latest "Stable Version"
- After install, input the server name as:

Session Limits:
Sessions will be terminated after the following time limits:

Idle Time: 1 Hour
Disconnect Time: 10 minutes
