Manually Creating a Remote Desktop Connection:

In your computer follow the following steps:

- Click on the Windows Start Button
 
- Select and click Run...
- Type MSTSC and hit Enter



- Inside the Remote Desktop Connection Window, type 216.114.80.188:9003



- Hit Connect and accept any certificate warnings that may appear.
- You have successfully connected to the PBCC's Remote Desktop Server.
