Blackboard is the course management system used by Palm Beach State for the delivery of the online courses utilizing a password system that permits only authorized entry to the course.

Some instructors may use Blackboard tools for the entire course online or to complement their face-to-face course. Tools include course content, calendar, assignments, assessments, email, discussion boards, and chat rooms. These courses are password-protected.

• Accounts automatically created by Palm Beach State based on payment of course fees
• Access begins 3 days before the class start date to allow for resolution of logon issues
• Remember to protect your logon information by logging off after completing your activities. Do not share this information or leave your PC unattended.
