Color Program Sheet Printing Instructions

There are often times when you wish to print a web page as it appears on the screen. In Internet Explorer, this means indicating that you wish to print:
  • In full color with complete backgrounds and images, or
  • Without the automatic header and footer
Unfortunately, both options must be set manually prior to printing. To do this:

Windows 7 Instructions

Print in Full Color with Backgrounds & Images

1. Go to File --> Page Setup... OR... click the down arrow next to the print icon and click "Page Setup".



2. In the page setup dialog box, check the box next to "Print Background Colors and Images"









Print Without the Header and Footer

1. Go to File --> Print Preview... OR... click the down arrow next to the print icon and click "Print Preview".



2. In the print preview, click the page icon as shown below to remove the header and footer



**From there you can click Print.





Follow the steps below to set up your printer to print a program sheet in full color with images. Without special set-up, this page will default to black and white, text only.

Windows XP Instructions

1. Go to > File

2. Go to > Page Set Up

3. Under Page Set > Delete all text in "Header" and "Footer" boxes.

     Orientation - Click on Portrait, Margins - set margins at .25 for all

     Click OK then continue with these setting changes:

4. Go to > Tools

5. Go to Internet > Options

6. Click on the Advanced Tab > scroll down to Printing

7. Under Printing, check the box that says: Print background colors and images.

     Click Apply and then OK; Proceed to Print.
