Golden Rules for use of Online scheduling of Open Lab Appointments:

• Students may sign up for only one appointment slot per week
• Lab appointments will be printed every morning by Skills Lab instructors, and posted on the Bulletin Board outside AH 106
• Online registration will not be accepted after 7:00 AM on the day of the appointment
• After 7:00 AM, students may sign up in person in the Skills Lab, if space is available
• There is no option to edit or cancel appointments
• Students must notify the Skills Lab faculty if changes need to be made due to emergency by calling 561-868-3411 (leave message on voice mail, if no answer)
• No call/ no show will require a written essay on Professional & Ethical behavior. Students must submit essay prior to their next open lab appointment.

Instructions for use of Online Scheduling:

1. Log on to PantherWeb first, https://www.palmbeachstate.edu/pantherweb.xml using your Student Identification number and PIN.
2. Select ‘Information’ from menu, click on 'Nursing Open Labs - Lake Worth'.
3. Proceed to "View Days" for the date of your selected week
4. Select "View Time Slots" for the day of your choice
5. Fill out all four fields
6. Record the date and time of your appointment
7. Click "Register"
8. Screen should read "Thank you, your form has been submitted"
9. Click "Back" button to view your appointment time
10. Log off
