Palm Beach State College is pleased to offer pre-licensing courses for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Real Estate Broker license.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS (PSAV):  Prior to enrolling in either of the programs listed below, please visit www.FACTS.org and complete a Palm Beach State College Application Form unless you are a current Palm Beach State College student.  Once your application is processed, you will receive a Student ID and Pin.

       -  Florida Real Estate Sales Associate
       -  Real Estate Broker*

*You must have a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License for two years before you are eligible to become a Florida Real Estate Broker.

Once I have successfully completed the required course, how do I register to take the state licensing exam?
