TIO0490   Six Sigma Lean Fundamentals
Course Description
Lean Six-Sigma is a business management strategy that can identify and help to remove the causes of errors in your business processes. This is an introduction to Lean Six-Sigma, what it is, how it is used. This is an intensive one day course with several interative exercises that demonstrate Lean Six-Sigma concepts. During the workshop we will cover the entire Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) system.
