History
In 2004, Palm Beach State College Lake Worth Campus Humantities Building opened after extensive renovations. The long awaited gallery would provide the needed exhibition space for the Art Department as well as opportunities to invite our community to the campus. The Jan and Gary Dario Gallery exhibits new and emerging artists as well as Palm Beach State faculty and students.

College supporters like Jan and Gary Dario have endowed the Gallery on the Lake Worth Campus continuing the tradition of such partner as the J. Patrick Lannan Foundation which provided the large white marble sculptures in front of the Lake Worth LLRC. Palm Beach State College also has fostered the growth and development of the now internationally known Palm Beach Photographic Workshops. Others continue to build an endowed art scholarship fund.

Today, the community and students can appreciate the skill and craftsmanship of professional, faculty and student artists by visiting the Eissey Campus Gallery and the Jan and Gary Dario Gallery or the Student Permanent Collection.
