In order to comply with Federal law* and various agencies, (i.e., Title IV (Federal Financial Aid), Veterans Affairs, SEVIS, INS) instructors/faculty will be required to confirm attendance to Palm Beach State financial aid representatives, the College Registrar and/or the State Auditor General's office. Failure to provide such information will cause an undue financial detriment to the student or to the College.
In order to report non-attendance in a timely fashion, the following procedures must be followed:
