Description:
This course is a study of basic project management process and relevant activities.
The course introduces the fundamental aspects of project management to include project
definition, planning, execution, and delivery. There will be ample case studies that
will promote student understanding and appreciation of the theory and practice of
project management. The course material will address issues faced by today's project
manager and is intended to teach students how to develop approaches and styles of
management for software projects.
