Continuing Dual Enrollment Students
Each term, students must submit the documents below to any campus Admissions/Registration office:
- Palm Beach State College Dual Enrollment Permission and Registration Form
Get this from your school counselor and make sure it indicates course selections. This form must be completed in its entirety and signed by the high/middle school principal/designee (counselor), the student, and a parent/guardian every term.
- For Public school, you must also submit: Grades (GPA verification) - Form must be signed by school counselor.
- For Private School, you must also submit: Official high school transcripts in a sealed envelope.
- For Home Education, you must also submit: Home Education ER/EA Legal Compliance & Eligibility Form. Students will need to also provide and transcripts from Florida Virtual, Palm Beach Virtual and/or other secondary or postsecondary institutions prior to enrollment (if applicable).
Registration form and other required document(s) must be submitted 48 hours prior to registering for PBSC classes online. Students will receive notification at Pantherweb under “View Notifications.”
