- I understand that I may only order up to 7 (seven) tickets. Any attempt to create additional orders will be cancelled, and tickets will not be activated for entry.
- I have reviewed my academic progress and requirements in my Workday student portal and all areas are satisfied, including Florida Civic Literacy.
Photo and Liability Release
I understand that by clicking this box I accept the following photo release: I hereby
agree that the District Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College (the “College”),
and those acting pursuant to its authority, shall have the right to record my participation,
appearance, likeness and voice on videotape, audiotape,photograph, digital, electronic
or in any other medium and I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent to the
College’s use of such materials for any legal purpose the College deems appropriate
for the benefit of the College, including commercial and advertising purpose also,
I hereby forever waive (i) any right to require payment from the College for the use
of these materials by it or those acting pursuant to the College authority and (ii)
the right to object to the use of such materials for any purpose permitted by this
Consent and Release, including, without limitation, the license or sale of such materials
by the College and those acting pursuant to its authority who publish, print, display,
exhibit, distribute or otherwise publicly use any such materials for any legal purposes.
I understand the foregoing consent and release grants the College the right to edit,
crop, retouch, or otherwise reasonably alter such materials, at its discretion, and,
at its option, to reveal my name and identity in such materials or by descriptive
text or commentary. I understand and agree that any intellectual property rights associated
with such materials are the sole property of the College. Furthermore, I agree that
this release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida
and if any term or provision of this release shall be held illegal, unenforceable,
or in conflict with any law governing this release, the validity or enforceability
of the remaining portions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Bag Search and Prohibited Items Policy
I understand that all bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right
to refuse a bag search, and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any
items that are not allowed into the venue, you agree to return them to your vehicle,
or leave the venue. Weapons of any kind are not permitted in the Amphitheater.
Non-clear bags
Possible exceptions to the non-clear bags include:
- medicinal bags, diaper bags (both not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”)
- clutch purses and fanny packs (both not to exceed 6”x 9”x 4”)
All bags are subject to inspection.
The following items are not permitted in the venue:
- Balloons
- Metal, plastic or glass containers of any kind
- Food (only permissible food items are for babies and individuals with specific nutritional orders prescribed by a physician) Any food items meeting this criterion must be contained in single serving bags.
- Hard coolers or ice chests
- Umbrellas, brooms, poles and staffs of any kind
- Weapons (including, without limitation, pocketknives), fireworks and other illegal substances.
- Camera lenses in excess of eight inches, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks
- Animals (Only registered working animals are permitted.)
- Beach balls and other inflatable items
- Laser pens and laser pointers
- Noisemakers
- Fireworks of any kind
- Skateboards, hoverboards, and wheeled footwear
- Any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate or otherwise violating the Guest Conduct Policy.
