Institutional Outcomes and Assessment Revision

Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs) are now consolidated to include expected student learning outcomes and competencies for all degrees and general education effective Fall 2019. General education courses and degree programs have been mapped to at least one of five ILOs. Assessment for the ILOs is a multi-faceted approach that relies heavily on in-class student work on Signature Assignments across the curriculum. The College-wide Assessment Committee and General Education Council have oversight of the ILO assessment plan and process.
