Instructional Design Technology
Collaborate with statewide agencies, higher educational consortium and industry partners that are involved in eLearning such as FLVC, OLC, SARA, Blackboard, etc. Provide five (5) high quality Instructional Design Technology tools for students to adopt to improve learning.  
Workforce  Secure training contracts with the businesses in the county.  Develop the Boca market Continue to foster relationships with area business partners to strengthen our CE and PSAV training offerings.
Growth      
IA Develop an engagement strategy aligned with internal stakeholders to strengthen and expand program resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote positive stories and innovative practices to external stakeholders. Develop an engagement strategy for alumni, advisory boards, business and industry to steward philanthropic giving that supports the college s priorities.
