Event Scheduling at Belle Glade Campus

Please note:  This process does not pertain to the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center.  For information regarding their rental process please visit Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center or call 561-993-1160.

Outside agencies wishing to rent space at Palm Beach State College Belle Glade Campus must submit a written request at least six (6) weeks in advance to westexecdean@palmbeachstate.edu. Detailed procedures for requesting the use of space can be found at “Room Rental Process for Outside Agencies /Organizations.”

If the requesting agency/organization has not rented space from Palm Beach State College, a billing application will need to be completed and on file with our Accounts Receivable department. Click here to be taken to a pdf version of the billing application.

Facilities rental is contingent upon space availability and whether the purpose for the rental conflicts with scheduled Palm Beach State College classes or events.

 

Belle Glade Campus Room Rental Fees
Room Rental (1-4 hours)	$50.00 per hour
Room Rental (each additional hour after 4)	$15.00 per hour
Media Technician/Support (minimum 1 hour)	$50.00 per hour
