I am currently the Associate Dean of Humanities at Palm Beach State College, Lake Worth Campus. At Palm Beach State I teach a variety of visual arts courses. I received my Masters of Fine Arts in Painting and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. As a fine artist who creates figurative works well as portraits, my work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibits in a variety of gallery and museum settings.
In the field of graphic design I was Creative Director/Owner of Grant Associates, New York, NY for over 15 years. In that time I created graphic design, publications, promotional design and package design for corporations and companies such as Kraft General Foods, Nabisco Foods, The Museum of Broadcasting, Essence Magazine, State of New Jersey, Office of the Governor and many other corporate and non-profit organizations. Working with Kraft General Foods, we developed iconic packaging for Birds Eye Fruit for Baking
and Country Time Lemonade

Oversee management and promoting professional level exhibits of student art, faculty exhibits and noted regional artists at the Jan and Gary Dario Gallery, PBCC, Lake Worth. Produce 6-8 shows annually with opening events, mailings and promotional design for each exhibit.
Summer Youth Arts Program
. Developed and managed the expanded Summer Youth Arts Program which is enjoying its fifth successful year. This premier summer program for children 8-14 years old offers a variety of art workshops in the areas of Art, Film, Theater and Photography. Supervised the curriculum and ensured qualified staffing and scheduling. Developed and produced a marketing campaign and materials that resulted in meeting enrollment goals, five weeks before start date. All of the program's operating expenses are recovered through the tuition and fees for the program.
Developed and implemented annual fine arts invitational juried show open to national artists. Entry fees and show fees have raised over $10,000 since 2004 which has been used for student scholarships.

Designed and produced a unique handcrafted, PBCC 70th Anniversary 70 page commemorative book
Founded and lead student Art Club for the past five years. Students worked on a variety of art-related projects and had opportunities to paint and draw with professional models in addition to regular classes.
