Professional Teaching & Learning Center (PTLC)

In accordance with State coronavirus orders, Palm Beach State College campuses are closed until further notice.  **College operations and classes are continuing remotely during this time.**  PTLC questions and assistance may be requested by emailing macmulll@palmbeachstate.edu or calling 868-3176.

The Mission of the PTLC is to promote teaching excellence and student learning. The PTLC will foster a community of inquiry by serving as an information and support center, providing an informal setting for sharing ideas, encouraging research on and development of effective teaching techniques and the use of technology; thereby increasing the opportunity for students to succeed.

This Mission supports Palm Beach State College’s Mission by promoting “knowledgeable faculty and staff," “a responsive curriculum," and the enabling of “students to think critically."
