Creating and Editing Your Syllabus

The college uses Simple Syllabus to enable faculty to personalize and publish their syllabi.

Faculty create their syllabi online using our syllabus creator tool, Simple Syllabus. You enter your content, then the tool creates and posts your syllabus on your faculty webpage.

In addition to the online Simple Syllabus Tutorials, training in creating or editing your syllabus is available from:

View the due date for posting your syllabi online each term.

Grading Software

Please use Grade Center, the online gradebook available through BlackBoard, which your students can also securely access online.

To use Grade Center, ask your area's administrative assistant to add a "GB" special designator to your class(es) in PantherNet. Then log into Blackboard at www.palmbeachstate.edu/eLearning with the same userid and password you use for College email; your course(s) will await you there.

Online faculty tutorials are available for Grade Center and more.  Individual training and support is also available from the eLearning department.
