If this is the first time you are taking online classes at Palm Beach State College, be sure to register for ELO1000, Palm Beach State College eLearning Orientation. This is a FREE course designed to help prepare you to learn online at Palm Beach State College. To register, simply login to Pantherweb, search for the course ELO1000, and select “Add to Cart”. Once you are registered, you will have access to the course, beginning on the first day of Spring semester, January 5th. The orientation will only take about 2 hours to complete, and contains learning modules and activities designed to help you be successful in your online courses.

Instructional Technology – Provides faculty training and assists with development of instructional multimedia components for utilization in the classroom setting.
Mission Statement Instructional Technology continues to promote and support the effective integration of technology in teaching, learning and communication at the College. We continue to be dedicated to service, partnership, and innovation.
Distance Learning – Manages the Learning Management System (Blackboard Learn), provides assistance with online course development and ensures quality of distance learning course delivery.
Mission Statement The Administration, the Faculty and the Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College believe that the students should be given the opportunity to learn in an environment which best meets their varied lifestyles. To foster this principle, the College shall offer both credit and non-credit courses, degrees and certifications by distance learning so students will have an opportunity to enroll in these courses. The course goals and objectives and the course name and number of these distance learning courses shall be the same as those offered on campus.
