Once the decision to apply has been made and all pre-requisites have been met, an application to the Nursing Program of your choice must be completed and submitted prior to October 1st for Spring admissions or prior to June 1st for Fall admissions.

The updated Nursing Application Form for Fall 2010 can be located by clicking on this link. Please note that only the Full-time program at Lake Worth is  admitting during the Fall of 2010. However, the same criteria are used for the Lake Worth Weekend/Evening programs and the Belle Glade Full-time Program. Be certain to check the box at the top to designate the program of your choice. Remember, the Weekend/Evening program and Belle Glade program only admit once a year, in the Spring. The full-time program at Lake Worth admits twice a year in August and January.
