A FAU Library card is needed to borrow books from the library.
What do you need to do to receive a FAU library card?
- Present your Palm Beach State library card or a current fee schedule to the FAU Circulation Desk—you will be given a short form to fill out and will receive a free FAU Library Card.
- Library cards must be updated every semester.
- Palm Beach State South students may get an OWL Card at the OWLCard Center (University Center, Room 129; Mon.– Fri. 8:00am – 4:45pm), but this is not mandatory.
- A current fee schedule is needed and cost is $10.00. An Owl Card is good as long as you are enrolled at Palm Beach State-South.
- The FAU OWL Card serves as a library card, with the added advantage that it can be used to pay for printing and copying.
