This PSAV program is designed to prepare the student for employment in a variety of occupations and careers found in the diesel engine/transportation industry.

Palm Beach State College awards students who complete the Diesel Technology program a Post Secondary Adult Vocational Training Certificate.
and your Degree!
In addition, Palm Beach State has developed an articulation process for program completers to receive 24 credits toward the Industrial Management AAS degree.

Your admission to a Trade and Industry program may be delayed for one or more of the following reasons:
- You have not taken the TABE or provided proof of exemption.
- You have not had an advising session with a PSAV advisor.
- You have completed 50% of your program courses and have not satisfied the VPI co-requisite course requirements.
See a PSAV advisor or Workforce Assessment Advisor to complete your application process.
Most students entering this program are required to take the TABE test. All are required to meet with an advisor prior to registration. For more information on the TABE and admissions procedures click here.
