I Need Toner, Who Can Help Me? By Purchasing
|

Recently, there have been changes to the way we handle toner and staple orders for our printers and copiers. Here are some guidelines:

If you have a Savin or Lanier copier, you can order toner and/or staples in two different ways:
-
Call the TGI toll free phone number on the front of the machine and a service technician will deliver your order, OR
-
Order the toner and/or staples online at http://w3.tgioa.com/. Once your order is complete it will be delivered to you.

NOTE: If you order staples, please forward staple invoices to Purchasing at MS #27 for payment.

If you have another brand of copier such as Xerox or Canon, call the phone number on the front of the machine.
-
For the HP printers that have recently been installed, your toner will be delivered automatically from TGI. In the meantime, if you are running low or are out of toner please send an email to purchasing@palmbeachstate.edu to receive a toner cartridge.
When you have replaced any toner cartridge, please put it in the box that the new toner came in and send it to MS#3 for recycling.

Campus Bookstores Open During Break By Jessica Mrozek

In order to help ease the long lines when the campus reopens on January 3, the Palm Beach State bookstores will be open during winter break. Students who are eligible* will be able to use their financial aid allowance at this time. Purchases by cash, check, or credit card can also be made during these special Winter Break hours.

All campus bookstores will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 3. Please note, all campuses are CLOSED on Monday, January 2. Only the bookstore will be open during these special hours, other campus services will remain closed until January 3.
*A valid PantherCard is required for financial aid purchases. Students can view their available bookstore balance at the PantherCard online card office. Detailed instructions on how to view this balance can be found at http://www.palmbeachstate.edu/x19434.xml.

Funds Needed During the Holidays By Accounts Payable

Please help us pay our outstanding invoices before we go on Winter Break. If you have any invoices for items received that have not been paid, please submit them as soon as possible for Accounts Payable processing on or before Thursday, December 16th. Any invoices not received in time will be processed in the New Year. We will not generate payments on December 17.
Please verify your PCard available balance online by December 17 to avoid any difficulties during the Winter Break. If you have any questions regarding your available PCard balance, please call the PCard Office as soon as possible.

Jo Cordero in Payroll became a first-time Grandma around 6:30 PM on November 8th. Her granddaughter, Isabella Noelle, weighed 8 lbs. 12 oz and was 22 in. long. We've been told that she barely cries, smiled at Jo on her first night, and that her daddy can't get enough of her. We're sure you'll agree that Isabella's jet black hair and rosy cheeks are simply adorable.
