Jennifer Campbell, Ph.D., Director Dr. Campbell joined the College in April 2004 as the Senior Research Analyst before being promoted to director in August 2005. In addition to overseeing the research and evaluation projects conducted by the office, she is active in implementing the College's strategic plan, developing indicators of institutional effectiveness, and assisting departments in determining and evaluating their missions and objectives.
Helen Shub, Manager of Outcomes Assessment Helen joined Palm Beach State in 2001 as a Senior Research Analyst and was appointed the Director of the Title III grant in 2002. Upon concluding the five-year grant in 2008, she returned to the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness as the Manager of Outcomes Assessment. Helen’s primary task is to work with faculty to develop measurement tools for student learning outcomes. She also assists with the development and implementation of the College Strategic Plan and other Institutional Research & Effectiveness initiatives.
Jeff Nowak, Senior Research Analyst Jeff joined Palm Beach State and IRE in November 1996, became a research analyst in November 1997 and senior research analyst in December 2005. He is responsible for developing research reports from survey data, generating ad hoc reports to internal and external constituents, analyzing all facets of student enrollment, assisting with verification of the student database, maintaining and monitoring the online Student Assessment of Courses and Faculty, and maintaining Panorama, IRE's annual student enrollment publication.
Syeda Qadri, Ph.D., Senior Research Analyst Syeda joined the College in May 2009 as a senior research analyst. She come from a background of educational research and was previously employed at the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital. She is responsible for developing research reports and assisting in the coordination of institutional effectiveness activities and documentation of these activities for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
David Edmonds, Senior Analyst David joined the College in August 1999 as a web page programmer in Information Technology before moving over to IRE in July 2003. His primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining the online institutional effectiveness process, student assessment reporting system, faculty credentialing database and other web-based tools, as well as producing the annual accountability report; and generating and analyzing student enrollment data for special projects.
Sandy Livingston, Administrative Assistant Sandy joined Palm Beach State and IRE in March 2000 as an administrative assistant, working primarily on the College's reaccreditation effort. Her responsibilities include programming web-based surveys and providing administrative and clerical support on the many needs related to reaccreditation, strategic planning, institutional effectiveness and the IRE office.
