Course Description
Learn to recognize the proper estimating method for various types of projects. This course will improve the skills of the beginner and experienced alike in estimating an architectural set of plans using the approximate and detailed methods. Topics include: interior and exterior materials, math calculations, formulas and unit count estimating. At the end of the class students will be able to interpret the plans and estimate the cost of a construction project.
