Wellness Center - Lake Worth Campus
This workplace has been recognized by the American Heart Association for meeting criteria for employee wellness.
The Wellness Center is located in the new Public Safety Training Center on the east side of campus. Authorized users must complete the required Registration Form and a brief orientation prior to using this facility.
The Palm Beach County "Let's Move " Physical Activity Challenge begins March 1st. Join the Palm Beach State team. Click on register to participate and create a login.
Commit to change by exercising as much as possible and log your minutes all month
long. You can walk, run, bike, swim, dance and even garden! Any form of physical
activity, for at least 30 minutes every day will count. Log your minutes at LetsMovePBC.org. Remember, it's not about "HAVING" time. It's about "MAKING" time. Take care of
your body. It's the only place you have to live in. Watch the promo video. The person with the most minutes logged in at the Wellness Center will win an Echo
Dot after the challenge is over. We have limited T-shirts available. Ask the staff
how you can "earn" a Let's Move shirt.
