Marketing & Advertising

CRM maintains a consistent, positive public image of Palm Beach State's record as a high-quality educational institution. Our strategic marketing and advertising plan includes print, television, radio, online and out-of-home messaging to promote the College's programs, services and overall brand.

 Graphic Design

Our in-house team of graphic designers create all of the College's brochures and major publications. The designers also ensure that pieces produced throughout the College adhere to the PBSC Branding Guidelines.

 Web Communications

CRM works closely with College staff and faculty to ensure consistency and accuracy of the information on the web.  Online writing and best practices are offered, as well as PBSC Web Standards.

 Social Media

Palm Beach State students, faculty, staff, alumni, prospective students and the public can stay in touch and get information through the official social media sites which are maintained by CRM.

Media Relations

With a CRM team that includes former journalists, we understand the deadlines reporters and editors face. CRM will work to respond to media requests as quickly as possible, whether it is helping locate sources, arranging interviews or getting the College's official statement or position on issues. All media requests, including public records and on-campus photography and video shoots, are coordinated by CRM. Requests for public records will be reviewed for compliance with Florida Government-in-the-Sunshine Laws and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  Please visit the College About Us webpage for helpful information.

The Palm Beach State Events Calendar is used to market PBSC events and also to let those planning events know what is already scheduled.  View tips and other resources available to promote your activities on the Event Calendar page.

Internal Promotions

Faculty, staff and students who need help promoting College events or initiatives can count on CRM to ensure that the information is well publicized and the promotional materials are visually appealing. All flyers, forms or letters that will be distributed to the community or posted on the College website must first be reviewed and approved by CRM.
