Employee Experience

Behavioral Competency Model

Behavioral competencies help shape the culture of the college by providing shared success in various areas such as interactions, performance, employee development, and goal setting. In other words, they impact every aspect of the life of the college. There are four categories: Foundations, Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Organization. The categories have three competencies each. These competencies provide a consistent pathway for the Palm Beach State College community to carry out our mission and cohesively live our core values as an organization.  Learn More

A person at the college who makes you happy when you see them. Someone who brings out the best in you. Someone who supports you. Your coach, cheerleader, and fan. Your green is your person. Some of you may have multiple people.
