Alvin Johnson is a native of South Bay, FL. He is an alumni of Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL. where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance/Mathematics. He also obtained an M.S. in Mathematics at Nova Southeastern University. He has been an employee of the Palm Beach State College Belle Glade Campus for over 10 years. He started his Palm Beach State College employment as a math tutor in the Student Learning Center (SLC) Math Lab in 2002. He became an Adjunct Math Instructor for the Palm Beach State College Belle Glade Campus in January 2014, where he teaches various mathematics courses. He enjoys helping students and is proud to have had a role in their academic success while at Palm Beach State College.
