Paid Advertising
PBSC’s Digital Media Manager can create paid Facebook and Instagram advertising for you.
Social Media Paid Advertising Timeline
Requests must be turned in four weeks prior to start of social media advertisement.
- 1 week to receive and review advertisement request.
- 1 week to create advertisement and send for approval.
- 2 weeks minimum to run advertisement. The advertising campaign can run longer if needed
with the allotted budget.
Expectations
Submit a social media request through the Team Dynamix Ticket Request system with the following
information:
- End goal for paid social media advertising. Examples include RSVP to an Open House
or other
recruitment event, Attend a job fair, Attend an Info Session or annual PBSC event. - Call to action URL.
- The visual assets to be used (photo, video or graphic).
- The advertising text, which may include relevant hashtags or the handles of businesses
or
public figures. - If you do not have the visual assets or advertising text, indicate that you will need
OCPA’s
services. - The budget of how much you will spend for the entire paid social media advertisement
duration. We recommend starting with a minimum $500 budget to run a successful advertising
campaign.
