PBSC Online empowers faculty and students by enhancing the online learning experience through robust support services. We fundamentally aim to build relationships through faculty development, innovative instructional design, and supportive technical care. We are committed to the effective governance of our LMS, third-party integrations, and tools that foster a collaborative, engaging, and student-centered online learning community, which in turn, allows us to excel together. Leveraging the power of social media, we engage in targeted outreach and marketing efforts that seek to inform prospective students, both domestic and abroad, about flexible and versatile online program offerings.

Canvas Support

Faculty Development

Faculty Development Support assists faculty in collaboratively enhancing their teaching and learning (pedagogy) through the effective use of technology. Instructional Design

Create and support online classes and programs. Fall in line with ACUE and QM requirements along with course certifications. We collaborate with faculty members to design and develop online web-enhanced courses utilizing effective online educational practices. If you have questions regarding a course certification or course development, please contact the team at InstructionalDesign@palmbeachstate.edu.

 

Online Technology

If faculty and staff need technical help with Canvas embedded third-party software tools (Respondus, Zoom, etc.), course resets, course extensions, adding users to courses (such as tutors and observers), LTI installations in Canvas, or assistance with audio/video recordings, please contact the team at OnlineTechnology@palmbeachstate.edu.
