  Express Packages

  • Lake Worth deadline to go out same day: 3:00 p.m.
  • FedEx is the College's contracted service for express parcels and envelopes.
  • For delivery times on your specific campus, contact the warehouse on your campus.
  • Read step-by-step instructions on how to fill out a FedEx domestic airbill mailing form
  • UPS - at this time the College does not have a contract with UPS. If UPS is required, please contact the mail room on your campus.

  1. Always add a College Contact name from your department on FedEx slips.
  2. RMA/Items returned to supplier: On the FedEx slip, be sure indicate if the supplier(recipient) or the College(sender) is paying for the shipping. Usually the supplier will send a shipping label and/or RMA paperwork, a copy of which must be provided to our mailroom otherwise the College will end up paying for the shipment.
