All PBSC campuses will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day. No classes will be held Saturday, Sept. 5, through Monday, Sept. 7. Regular campus hours and classes resume Tuesday, Sept. 8.

15% Retention Rate

The Fall‐to‐Fall rate for Fall 2020 part‐time cohort students is 53.4%, almost a point better than 2019 but eight points lower than 2017. Our target was a 3% increase. The Fall‐to‐Spring part‐time rate for the Fall 2021 cohort was 63.9%, more than five points lower than Fall 2020. The overall Fall‐to‐Fall target is a 15% improvement by 2023 to 65%, from the baseline of 58% set in FY17.
