How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets may be purchased over the phone (includes a $5 handling fee per order) and in person using cash, check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Tickets may be purchased online (includes a $4.75 per ticket fee). All patrons over 3 years old must have a ticket. 

Tickets purchased two weeks or more in advance will be held at Will Call or mailed to your mailing address. Tickets purchased within two weeks of the performance will be held at Will Call. Bring a valid photo ID when picking up tickets at Will Call. The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to each performance for walk-up sales at which time the phone lines will no longer be answered.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or CREDITS offered if you miss the performance for any reason. Make sure you are purchasing tickets for the theatre with the performance you wish to attend.  The same performance may be at two of our three PBSC venues. 

Subscriptions can only be ordered or renewed by phone or in person and cannot be ordered online. 

 

Group Sales

Available for most performances, groups of 15 or more will receive a 10% discount off the full ticket price and one complimentary ticket for every 15 purchased. Call the Box Office for group sales. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.

 

Patrons with Disabilities 

Wheelchair and companion seating is available. Please let us know your needs when you purchase your tickets. Head sets for the hearing impaired are also available upon request on a first come first serve basis.

 

*Theatre Policies

Please silence all cell phones and other electronic devices during the performance.

Recording devices of any type are not permitted in the theatre.

Food and beverages are permitted in the lobby only.

Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center and . The designated smoking area is in the median near the parking lot.

Rules for late seating and timing are at the discretion of theatre management.

*The theatre reserves the right to remove any patron from the theatre and/or premises for not abiding by these policies.
