Palm Beach State College Benefits Open Enrollment for 2024

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to enroll, make changes, or waive coverages without having to experience a qualifying life event as defined  by the IRS.  

Voluntary flexible spending accounts, “Healthcare FSA” for you and your dependents or “Dependent Care FSA” for children under 13, must be selected each year in order to participate.

The information provided is a general summary of changes and options available for calendar year 2024 and is not intended to be all inclusive.  Plan documents, certificates of coverage, federal law, and state regulations prevail if there is a discrepancy.

Once open enrollment closes, the benefits selected will be effective from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.  

All Open Enrollment changes must be completed and submitted in Workday by midnight October 31, 2023.
