Management Essentials Series
This series is open to all managers and supervisors. Workshops are to be completed consecutively. Register here for all four sessions.

The Foundation Series
This series of workshops are designed for faculty and staff to explore and reinforce their leadership skills as they relate to individual contribution and leading self. This series consists of 6 workshops that can be taken at any time. Each workshop will cover key points related to each other. Please see below for dates and times.
Become more aware of your own personal sense of accountability and strategies to enhance it. In this workshop you will learn how to use proactive language to demonstrate personal accountability and how to apply the IDEAL methodology.

The society we live and work in is more diverse than it has ever been, so being able to communicate effectively is more challenging than it was for previous generations. The internet and social media can only take us so far. We still need to know what to say, when to say it, and how to say it so that we can be effective and achieve understanding. This workshop will recognize many of the factors that can make interpersonal communication challenging and provide practical ways of overcoming those challenges while enriching your interactions with many different types of people.
