Leading the Way in 2020

                                                                         In this video, IEECE staff thank early childhood educators for their
                                                                                  commitment and dedication to providing services to the community
                                                                                                                        throughout the pandemic.  

This year has presented many challenges to you, our center leaders. You have shifted your business models and learned new ways to manage your budgets. You had to become triage nurses and virologists, as you turned to other centers for support and leaned on each other to get through each day. You have become experts in ways to keep children and staff safe and healthy. You have collaborated in ways never seen before and have worked through it all to serve the children and families of Palm Beach County.

I have watched in awe as you poured all that you have- and some you didn’t have- into each and every day to support the needs of first responders, front line workers and families in need. We have seen and heard some of your fears and concerns, and I know there are many more you did not or could not share. We wish we could do more or say more than “Thank You” but there is not much more to say than that!

Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for all of Palm Beach County. YOU ROCK!
