Any deviation from the bid/proposal process may result in rejection of bid/proposal. Solicitation responses received after the stated deadline will be unopened and will not be considered. Palm Beach State College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals.

Unless otherwise mentioned, all solicitation openings will take place at 2:00 PM local time (EST) virtually through public Zoom meeting or similar online platform.

All questions and correspondence regarding active solicitations must be in writing and directed to the Purchasing Department. Phone calls or faxed questions cannot be accepted.
