Academic Class Meeting Calendar Wizard

The Academic Class Meeting Calendar Wizard is an Excel workbook that, when given 7 pieces of date information by the user, class meeting calendars for Fall, Spring, and Summer Terms can be created for any academic year.  The Wizard automatically inserts about 50% of the necessary information into the calendars, including most holidays and closed days.  The user manually inserts the remaining information using the detailed instructions and performing simple copy/paste functions with the preformatted text supplied on one of the worksheet tabs.

Once a Class Meeting Calendar has been created for an entire academic year, the date information can be used to complete the State-mandated Academic Calendar.  The template for that calendar can be downloaded from the link below.  A description of what is to be entered on the template will be displayed in the Status bar at the bottom of the screen when a shaded area is selected.
