Communities of Practice for Center Leaders

The Institute of Excellence believes that communities of practice that interact regularly are key to improving performance both from an individual and a program perspective.

Communities of practice are about collective learning and reflection, and shared practice to enhance staff growth and development; they are about combined knowledge and experience, collective reflection, and on-going collaboration.

For center leaders, these communities can help to ensure the design of quality learning environments for children.
