Fall 2023 Registration Calendar

Registration start dates are assigned based on student's status as of Friday, March 31, 2023 and will be available to be viewed on the week of Monday, April 3, 2023.

Note: Use this job aid to view your registration appointment (if your appointment date is blank, then your registration date is the “Open Registration” date):

• Honors Students
• Students admitted to Limited Access programs
• Students admitted to Bachelor’s Degree programs
• Veterans
• Currently enrolled degree-seeking and credit certificate-seeking students with 55 or more PBSC credits
• This is Open Registration period for all students who are in Career Certificate Programs (CCP)

Monday, April 17, 2023

Currently enrolled degree-seeking and credit certificate-seeking students with: 

• 30 - 54 PBSC credits

Wednesday, April 19, 2023

• Open Registration for all remaining students.
• Currently enrolled degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students with 0-29 credits
• High School Dual Enroll/Early Admission participants. Prior to registering on Workday, high school Dual Enrollment and high school Early Admission students must submit their course request(s) and documentation directly via the online Dual Enrollment Authorization Request to receive the proper permissions. Instructions on how to do so can be viewed at www.palmbeachstate.edu/DualEnroll.  
• New degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students
• Returning degree-seeking and certificate-seeking students
• All other students, including non-degree-seeking and transient students

Important Deadlines

• Financial Aid Priority Deadline: June 14, 2023
• Admissions Application Priority Deadline: August 7, 2023
• Late Registration Period: August 14 to the add/drop deasdline of each session.

Senior Citizen Waiver Deadlines - Submit the waiver form via Student Workday portal. Type “Create Request” on the Workday search bar and look for “Waiver-Senior Citizen.”

First day of each session until the last day of add/drop. Not valid for Express B courses.

State Employee Waiver Deadlines - Submit the waiver form via Student Workday portal.  Type “Create Request” on the Workday search bar and look for “Waiver-State Employee.”
