Office of General Counsel
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) supports the dynamic educational environment of Palm Beach State College (PBSC) by providing legal advice to foster sound decision-making in all areas of operation, instruction and administration.
- OGC will efficiently, reliably and professionally provide counsel to minimize legal risk and costs, reduce litigation exposure, and ensure legal compliance.
- The OGC will alert the appropriate managers of legal issues which may affect the College.
- The OGC will interact regularly with College staff and its constituents to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes and case law.
Public Records Requests
For the convenience of the public, the Office of General Counsel has been designated to receive and facilitate public records requests.
