Invitational Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum: $1,500 (or services in kind)

  • Sponsorship table and logo placement at orientation meeting and social gatherings.
  • Covered booth 10’x20’, in a location selected by the sponsor  (awarded in order of commitment). 
  • Demonstrations of products and services in booth area.
  • Inclusion in marketing promotional plan (press, social media, email).
  • Inclusion of logo on Invitational T-shirt and official event banner. 
  • Placement of banner in event area (vendor provided).
  • Product/service samples, inserts and/or informational material in event gift bag. 

 

Gold: $1,000 (or services in kind)

  • Sponsorship table and logo placement at orientation meeting and social gatherings.
  • Booth 10’x10’, in a location selected by the sponsor (awarded in order of commitment).
  • Demonstrations of products and services in booth area.
